The Vision To Growth Data Manifesto
At Vision To Growth, we believe that in the age of generative AI, Privacy is a Valuation Asset. We do not merely “comply” with data laws; we provide a Sovereign Intelligence Environment. This policy governs how we collect, protect, and partition data within the Vision To Growth Multi-Agent AI Analyst™ platform and our catalytic advisory services.
The Zero-Training Mandate (Critical)
Non-Contribution Clause: Unlike consumer-grade AI tools, Vision To Growth operates under a strict Zero-Training Mandate.
- No Model Training: We do not use "Customer Data" (including inputs, prompts, uploaded datasets, or "Shadow Narratives") to train, fine-tune, or improve the base Large Language Models (LLMs) provided by our sub-processors (e.g., Google Cloud, OpenAI, or GravityFoundation).
- IP Preservation: Your organizational archetypes and "Learned Intelligence" remain your exclusive Intellectual Property. Our infrastructure is designed so that your strategic "Secret Sauce" never leaks into the public domain.
Data Architecture & Partitioning
Vision To Growth employs a Private Tenant Architecture to ensure industrial-grade isolation:
- Logical Separation: Each client operates within a secure, logically partitioned instance. There is zero cross-contamination of data between Vision To Growth clients.
- Encryption: Data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.2+).
- Residency: Primary data processing occurs within Sovereign Cloud Environments (GCP/BigQuery) located in the United States, unless otherwise specified in your specific Order Form.
Categories of "Sensing Data" Collected
To deliver the Living Field System™ Diagnostic, we collect:
- Organizational Inputs: Financials, CRM data, business data, and operational logs provided via secure API or file upload.
- Narrative Data: Transcripts and recordings from interviews, surveys, workshops, retreats, and meetings.
- Derived Intelligence: Insights, patterns, and "shadow narratives" generated by our 30+ Multi-Agent AI Analysts (collectively, "Learned Intelligence").
Deterministic Governance & Human-In-The-Loop
- Glass-Box Accountability: Our platform utilizes Deterministic Reasoning (code-based verification) and Multi-Agent QA Debates. We maintain a full audit trail of agent reasoning to ensure governance standards are met and you can always track the source of insight.
- Non-Automated Decisions: Vision To Growth provides strategic sensing and decision support. We do not engage in "automated decision-making" that has legal or significant effects without human intervention. All final strategic pivots remain the sole fiduciary responsibility of the Client’s leadership.
Sub-Processors & Third Parties
We only share data with sub-processors necessary to provide the Service (e.g., Cloud Hosting or AI Infrastructure). All sub-processors are contractually bound to:
- Adhere to our Zero-Training Mandate.
- Maintain SOC2 Type II or equivalent security certifications.
- Prohibit the use of Client Data for their own commercial purposes.
Your Sovereign Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction (GDPR, CCPA/CPRA), you have the right to:
- The Right to Erasure: Request the "Hard Delete" of your secure instance.
- The Right to Portability: Export your "Learned Intelligence" as a defensible data asset.
- The Right to Audit: Request documentation of our Multi-Agent QA logs for your internal compliance.
