Anxiety, stress and overwhelm disorders are the most common mental health challenges in North America, with over 50% of the population impacted. And it’s a similar story globally. Neuroscience shows listening to the right type of music has similar health benefits to meditation. That's because it dials back the stress response which drives a change in the body from responsiveness and reactivity to stress, to recovery from stress.

Through immersive, intentional music experiences both in-person and online, we learn to manage our energy by using music as medicine to de-stress, sleep, focus and work out. This will provide the foundations for us to explore how we intentionally manage our energy and fill up our tank each day instead of draining our resources and feeling tapped out.
