
The global pandemic has increased solitude in America. Harvard's Making Caring Common Project published research that revealed 36% of all Americans—including 61% of young adults and 51% of mothers with young children—feel “serious loneliness.”
Social media may be entertaining but it doesn't help here. In fact, the detrimental impact of social media on mental health has been extensively documented by scientific research. So when it comes to helping people achieve results and transformation, social media just isn’t the right tool for the job.
